We will assist you in defining the future you want to create for yourself and your business, in establishing or redefining your values, in setting clear goals and specific time frames, and in crystallizing the action steps that will help your vision become a reality.  In order to accomplish this, we will assist you through the following five stages:

STAGE ONE – VISIONING
It’s often been said, “We’d better pay attention to the future, because that’s where we’re going to spend the rest of our lives.” During this process, you will develop your vision – a vivid mental picture of your future, and a broad statement of end results.

STAGE TWO – STRATEGIC PLANNING
During this process, all aspects of your business and its resources will be addressed. You will define your vision and what resources and actions will be needed to achieve that vision, concluding with a logical and timely plan, that when implemented will ensure your success.

STAGE THREE – BUSINESS PLANNING
This is the process that actualizes the strategic plan.  During this process, your long-range vision is crystallized into shorter-term mission statements.  These are then supported by goals and action plans that will achieve the mission(s).  If you have other people in your organization or different departments, each will have a mission and a business plan.

STAGE FOUR – IMPLEMENTING THE PLAN
The real key to the success of this process is action.  Without action steps and measurement, there won’t be success.  Everything relies on execution.

STAGE FIVE – REVIEW AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Success requires continued learning and improvement.  There is always something you can learn to help you become a little bit better.  There are always aspects of your business that change, or should change, because of growth or trends.
